2) Remote access software is also required.

The software is available in a home user or business format via the menu tabs/buttons.

Our remote access software is ready to use right after downloading! Download, run and get started! - Your first session could start in less than a minute.

The home user package is a simple download to your desktop and it is run from there. Supply the technician with the required ID number and the nature of the problem.

The business package is similar, downloaded in the same way, but is installed rather than run.
